Call for candidates: Copernicus Medal 2018

For the fifth time, the Copernicus Medal will be awarded in 2018. You are invited to suggest appropriate candidates from the international community of the geo- and space sciences. We kindly ask you to submit your proposal(s) by 15 November 2017 at the latest by email to: copernicus.medal@copernicus.org. Please find details on our medal website.

Copernicus Gesellschaft e.V. is a non-profit society, registered in Germany, and aims to promote international collaboration in the geo- and space sciences. The society was founded in 1988 by directors, scientists, and administrative staff of the Max Planck Institute for Aeronomy (today Max Planck Institute for Solar System Research − MPS).
